How to add an AI Agent and connect via our network

Step by step

  1. Call us to let us know you need to ADD a setup for an AI Agent. We will then setup all plan Cloud PBX / SIP Trunking and Phone Numbers* required.
  2. Sign-up with RETELL AI
  3. Enter the Phone number that AI Agent will take calls
  4. Create your Agent and setup / configure and map that phone number.
  5. After that you will need to create the flow (Welcome - Transfer and map each other) enter the second number in the Transfer that we will give you so the AI Agent can transfer calls to you. 

That is the basics of the connection. 

Important: We only support Retell AI and have our network ready to be connected with them. We already use an AI Agent for  After Hours Support so we know that connection works fine.

Just remember that you need to train AI to let it know the tasks you want, as it need to be specific to a Knowledge Base you upload to AI.

*Minimum Phone Numbers required 2. Inbound and Outbound rates to and from AI are charged at 0.01 per minute (1 cent per minute)
